Our company sets a fundamental expectation that the products we distribute comply with all relevant food safety regulations and legal requirements for food and dietary supplement products.
It is crucial for us to consistently meet consumer needs and adhere to applicable requirements for finished products. To achieve this, we have implemented an effective ISO 22000 food safety system within the framework of our ISO 13485 quality management system.
We are committed to continually improving our processes by regularly reviewing our goals and assessing the effectiveness of the system. At all levels of our company, our staff are dedicated to developing our management system. To ensure the achievement of our food safety and quality objectives, we maintain open and effective communication with both our external partners and internal stakeholders. We uphold our reliability by proactively providing information to our consumers and customers. We expect all employees, regardless of their level, to take responsibility and understand the principles of the food safety policy and the requirements of the system in their daily work. We are committed to enhancing the competencies of our employees by providing comprehensive training programs. Through ongoing training, we ensure that our employees actively engage in the company’s policies and adhere to internal regulations throughout the production process. We also ensure that they recognize the importance of their role in implementing and operating the system.
